Opening a second location shouldn’t mean a second notebook, a second app and a nightly phone call to ask how the day went. With Salonipy each branch runs on its own, and you see all of them together.
A Switch branch button sits right under your salon name on the dashboard. Pick a branch and the whole app — sales, appointments, clients, stock — changes to that location. The app remembers which branch you had open.
The Branches screen adds up sales, invoices and expenses across all your locations for Today, This month, Last month or This year, with each branch’s own figures underneath — so you can see which location is carrying the business.
Every branch has its own clients, staff, attendance, commission, stock, purchases and day close. Nothing from one location mixes into another’s reports or cash drawer.
Add a new branch with its name, WhatsApp number, address and a login for that location. Your service menu and WhatsApp templates are copied across automatically, so the new branch can bill from the first hour.
If your second location already has its own Salonipy account, link it with Link existing — its clients, invoices and history come along untouched.
Only the Owner can switch branches — staff mode never sees the switcher. Each branch signs in once per device, and logging out removes every branch from that device. Removing a branch only unlinks it; its account and data are never deleted.
Every account starts with one location — your main salon. Need more? Tap Request more branches on the Branches screen and the Salonipy team will contact you on WhatsApp. Your allowance goes up the moment it is approved, with no reinstall and no reload.
Each branch keeps its own client list, loyalty points, wallet and receivables, so every branch’s reports and cash drawer stay accurate. But the client profile shows an All branches summary — visits, spend, wallet and last visit at every location — matched by phone number, and when you add a client who already visits another branch, the app offers to copy their details.

Not without those branches’ own logins. A branch login opens only that branch, and the switcher and combined figures are for the owner.

Arabic runs the whole interface right-to-left, not just translated words in a left-to-right frame. Two people on the same account can use different languages — the setting lives on the device, not on the salon.
